The Medical School Athena SWAN Self-Assessment Team are organising another Menopause Cafe. It will be held here at the Medical School, University of Sheffield as is open to all Medical School staff members and students.

As part of our Athena SWAN work, we have identified that we need to implement a policy and guidance document available to all staff, we are especially trying to target supervisors and line-managers and equip them in supporting female colleagues through the Menopause whilst at work.
