Menopause Café Crawley, West Sussex

MOVING MARVELOUSLY THROUGH THE MENOPAUSE!

Come and join us at Bridgeham Clinic, 1 Oak Cottage, County Oak Way, Crawley, Tuesday 26th March 2024, from 12.30 to 1.30pm for our Menopause Cafe.   It’s a great opportunity to connect with others who are going through or have experienced all things perimenopause and menopause, over coffee. Open to all, regardless of gender or age. 

Come along if you have any questions or experiences you wish to share.  It’s a great place to start in a respectful, confidential space.  Some comments from people that attended the last menopause café:
