If you’re muddled by menopause, hoodwinked by HRT, worried about weight gain, bamboozled by brain fog, ****ed of with flushes or don’t know what the fuss is all about and just want cake (!), join us and chat all things menopause!

Our third Menopause Cafe in Compton, a village on the Ridgeway just south of Didcot, north of Newbury.  We are holding this one in the evening again so that those who work on Saturdays can come along too. Join us from 6pm for a 6.30pm start  at the village pub, (currently called the Foinavon but soon changing back to the Compton Swan) – buy a drink and/or a snack from the bar and join us in the restaurant area of the pub. Last time Jo at the pub provided tea/coffee as well as the usual wines, beers and soft drinks PLUS a choice of cakes or sausage rolls so you won’t go hungry!
