Come join us for tea, snacks and great conversations about menopause. Menopause Cafes are discussion groups focused on breaking down the stigma around menopause and increasing awareness of the impact of menopause on those experiencing it. There are no preset agendas and discussion topics emerge and are shaped by folks attending. Menopause cafes are open to everyone regardless of age or gender in an accessible, respectful and confidential space.
