Come along to the first Tayport Menopause Café – a relaxed, informal drop-in space where we chat openly about menopause and everything that comes with it: the hot flushes, brain fog, mood swings, midnight Google searches and all the moments in between.
Whether you’re right in the thick of it, curious or supporting someone else, this space is for you. There’s no set agenda, no speakers, no pressure. Just real people sharing real stories over tea, coffee and perhaps some cake.
