The organization is a family resource centre that provides programs for the Winnipeg community including free drop-ins for families and seniors. 

We are so excited to offer our first Menopause Cafe. As two women who work together we have had many conversations about the changes we are experiencing. We have been looking for a way to start a community conversation and engage other people who are interested in sharing and learning together. Our first cafe will be in person and we plan to offer an online cafe in the winter.
