Come join us for a free Menopause Cafe Canberra gathering on (normally) the first Saturday of every month. (Please check dates!)

It is for everyone who wants to talk about the menopause, to share their stories, experiences and questions over a drink and cake (available to purchase at the cafe).

There is also no set agenda and it’s open to all, regardless of gender or age.

There are also no speakers or experts or people selling their products/services.

Absolutely not for profit and there is no intention of leading people to any conclusion, product or course of action.
