Join us via Zoom to chat all things Menopause from the comfort of your own home.
We meet monthly on the 15th of each month from 6 – 7:30 PM EDT.
A Menopause Café* is aimed at breaking down the taboo around menopause, increasing awareness of the impact of the menopause on those experiencing it, their family, friends and their colleagues, and reflecting on the ‘third stage of life’.
At a Menopause Café, people, often strangers, gather to eat cake, drink tea and discuss menopause. These days, we gather online; you can brew a cup of tea in the comfort of your own home.
Your host, Nathalie Bonafé, is an official Menopause Cafés facilitator, based in New Haven, Connecticut. She started hosting in August 2020.
Our Menopause Cafés are offered:
- In an accessible, respectful and confidential space
- Open for all, regardless of gender or age
- With no intention of leading people to any conclusion, product or course of action
- On a not for profit basis
- Alongside refreshing drinks and cake (when applicable)
We look forward to meeting you soon!

Join us for the 3rd installment of Cobalt Business Park’s Menopause Cafe. The event entails a relaxed, informal lunchtime drop-in designed to spark open, honest conversations about the menopause and its wider impact on our lives, relationships, and workplaces.
Whether you’re experiencing menopause yourself, supporting someone who is, or simply curious to learn more, this welcoming space is open to all ages and genders. You do not have to be a Cobalt Park staff member to attend.
There are no guest speakers or medical experts-just real people sharing real stories over tea, coffee, and biscuits (and you’re welcome to bring your lunch too!).
At a Menopause Cafe, you set the agenda. Conversation topics are chosen by the participants, making each event as unique as the people who attend.
Our goal is to break down the stigma, normalise the conversation, and build a supportive community-one cuppa at a time.
Reserve your spot today! See URL below to book.

Event Details
Navigating menopause can be overwhelming—whether you’re experiencing it yourself or supporting someone who is. As someone who has had first-hand experience on the many challenges the Menopause can bring, I’m excited to volunteer my time to bring a Menopause Café to Henley-on-Thames.
Why I’m Volunteering at the Henley Menopause Café.
Menopause took me by surprise—juggling a demanding career in the technology sector and a challenging home life, while navigating symptoms for which I wasn’t prepared.
The opportunity to spend time with others navigating menopause and having a space to share my experiences and learn from others has been life-changing, and that’s exactly why I’m passionate about bringing a Menopause Café to my local town.

If you are:
– Muddled by menopause
– Hoodwinked by HRT
– Worried about weight gain
– Bamboozled by brain fog
– Fed up with flushes
Or don’t know what all the fuss is about and just want cake…..
Join us at our small, but beautiful menopause cafes for a cuppa and a chat!
We are an informal, super-friendly bunch who have either experienced menopause or peri-menopause, are going through it right now, or just want to understand more about it to know what might be coming or to support friends, colleagues and family.
We meet usually every other month on Saturday mornings at the Wilkins Centre (next to the village hall) from 10am – 12pm. Sometimes we have speakers or a topic to focus on but often we just meet with whoever turns up and chat. We aim to provide a safe space for people of all genders and all ages to learn from each other’s experience.
We now have a WhatsApp group of over 40 local people, many of whom have specialist experience in nutrition, osteopathy, exercise, alternative therapies and other areas that could help (and often do) – we support each other!

Join us for a relaxed chat about all things Menopause. It’s an informal discussion group. We don’t set agendas – discussion topics emerge and are shaped by participants. It’s not a workshop or an information event. It’s not therapy. It’s simply a space to be yourself and to share your journey with others. By talking about experiences with others, and by hearing other people’s stories, we learn that we are not going through this alone! You’ll meet your volunteer hosts Fiona, Paula and Rachel who are all on their menopause journeys too. Importantly, know that you are welcome, and we are looking forward to meeting you.
We’re part of the national Menopause Café network — holding space for honest and supportive, conversations around menopause.
• Open to everyone. The menopause impacts everyone, and all are welcome at a Café. This includes all ages and genders.
• Impartial to the way ahead. Everyone’s menopause is a unique journey, so our Café is a supportive, confidentialspace to help people to learn, to make sense of their own journey or to consider options.
• There is no intention of leading participants to any conclusion, product or course of action.
• It is as an open, respectful and confidential space where people can express their views safely and everyone is welcome.
• Not for profit. Cafes are not about selling things, they are about participants supporting each other. We don’t charge people to come and have a chat.
There will be drinks and cake on offer. Special thanks to Kelly for hosting us at the Sour Cow.
1st Drink courtesy of MHI
The Café duration is for 90 minutes. You can drop in anytime and stay for as long or little as you like.
Feel free to contact your volunteer host Fiona Birkett on 07765 627699 if you have any questions.
Sign up at here as places are limited.

Welcome to the Hackney Menopause Cafe!
Join us for a cosy gathering at Batch Baby in De Beauvoir, where we’ll chat, share experiences, and support each other through the ups and downs of menopause/perimenopause.
Whether you’re looking for advice, a friendly ear, or just some good (and free!) tea and cake, this is the place to be. Come meet new friends, and maybe even learn something new about this stage of life. No judgment, just good vibes and understanding. Everyone is welcome. See you there!
We welcome people of all ages and genders experiencing or supporting someone through (peri)menopause. We respect your privacy as we gather not to endorse any specific conclusion, product, or course of action and operate on a not-for-profit basis. Register before coming (please see URL below) or just turn up!

The Café duration is for 90 minutes. You can drop in anytime and stay for as long or little as you like.
Feel free to contact your volunteer host Fiona Birkett on 07765 627699 if you have any questions.
Sign up at here as places are limited.
