Come along to the Menopause Cafe Maidstone to discuss all things Menopause including peri menopause.  This is an informal group which meets to support each other. New members always welcome.  Tea, coffee and cake are provided by the care home.  Free parking.

The group is hosted by Liz Almond, The Mindset Shifter – Neurodiversity Health and Wellbeing Coach/Therapist and also a local nurse comes to some of the sessions to support the medical side of menopause.  No question is silly….
