Before the Menopause Cafe we will have a practical, confidence-boosting bra-fitting talk from Ledbury expert Melissa, who has over 15 years’ experience (including advice on post-surgery and non-wired options), with the relaxed Menopause Café session afterwards.

After the talk, guests can join an open, inclusive conversation about peri-menopause, and post-menopause – sharing experiences, breaking taboos, and supporting each other over a cuppa.

Free to attend and welcomes all ages, genders, and backgrounds, it’s a safe, friendly space to learn, connect, and chat.
