Happy New Year!! 
Welcome to the first Menopause Cafe(s) in Cobham.
I am a Nutritional Therapist and Fasting Coach and I am passionate about supporting as many of you as I can during this transitional phase in your life. And a key aspect of that is community and discovering that you are not alone and that you are not going crazy.
On the 15th of Jan we will be running a morning and evening cafe, so we can figure out which works best for most people.
So please pick the one that would work best for you in the “long run” and going forward we will run it in the more popular one.
