An informal gathering to talk about all things menopause. Whether you’re experiencing it yourself or supporting a loved one through it, this is the place to share experiences , ask questions and connect with others going through similar journeys. Our events are held at various cafe’s in Medway suitable for open discussions. Come sip on a tea or coffee and chat with us about this important stage of life. We look forward to seeing you there!
