Online Menopause Café – Focus on Early Onset Menopause
Join us online via Zoom every 2nd Wednesday of the month, 7pm – 8.30pm for a welcoming, supportive, and confidential space to talk about menopause.
This Menopause Café has a special focus on Early Onset Menopause, including surgical and medically induced menopause.
💜 What to expect:
- A safe, free, and respectful space to share experiences and listen to others
- Open to everyone, regardless of age or gender
- Patient-led: hosts are not medically trained, but have lived experience of early onset, surgical, and medical menopause
- No agenda, no conclusion, no products – just open conversation and support
- Not-for-profit community event
